OnusMed Private Limited is a B2B healthcare outsourcing and consulting services company based in India. We provide remote operational support services to international pharmacy and healthcare clients.

• Pharmacy Back-End Services
• Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Support
• Administrative and Customer Support Services
We do NOT sell, manufacture, distribute, store, trade, or handle medicines, pharmaceutical products, or medical devices.

2. Eligibility

This Site and our services are intended for business entities and individuals aged 18 years or older.

3. Billing & Payment Terms

We operate on a post-service billing model:
• Services are performed first.
• Invoice is issued after completion of work or as per agreed billing cycle.
• Payment is due as per invoice terms.
We generally do not charge advance payments unless agreed in writing.
Payments may be made via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, international wire transfers, or
approved electronic methods.
We do not store card numbers or CVV details.
All transactions are processed using secure, encrypted, PCI-compliant infrastructure.

4. Non-3D Secure Card Transactions

Certain card transactions may be processed without 3D Secure (OTP) authentication depending on
card type or issuing bank.
By making a card payment, you confirm:
• You are the authorized cardholder.
• The transaction is valid and approved by you.
Chargeback & Risk Disclosure:
• Fraud-related chargebacks may be raised by cardholders.
• Banks/card networks may decide disputes in favor of the cardholder.
• Transaction amounts may be debited during disputes.
• Funds are reversed only if the final decision favors the Company.
We reserve the right to suspend services during unresolved payment disputes.

5. Refund Policy

Since we follow a post-service billing structure, refunds are generally not applicable once services
are delivered.
Billing concerns must be raised within 7 days of invoice issuance.
Verified billing errors will be corrected via credit note or adjustment.

6. Privacy Policy

We may collect name, email, phone number, company details, billing information, and website usage data.
We use this information to:
• Provide services
• Respond to inquiries
• Improve operations
• Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell personal data.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data.

7. Limitation of Liability

OnusMed Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, business interruption, or card authorization failures. Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific service giving rise to the claim.
